I'm nursing Von exclusively these days and it burns a lot of calories. This, of course is wonderful for the baby but also for my efforts in trying to return my figure to something close to what it was pre-baby. I do find myself hungry all the time. So when I discovered this Easy Protein Peanut Butter Cup Recipe from a favorite blogger I knew I wanted to have a batch on hand for afternoon snacking. I tweaked the recipe a little by adding Vanilla Protein Powder instead of chocolate which suits my taste. I also recommend not skimping on the peanut butter and using the amazing Whole Foods fresh ground kind as listed in the recipe. It's really the only peanut butter I love and I always try to have some on hand.
We've been enjoying these treats all week and with the added protein they have been keeping hunger at bay. Also, did I mention they are super easy to make and delicious!!!
