If you're like me, trying to drink more water during the day is always a priority, but often doesn't happen. In an attempt to get more H2O into my system I've started a new daily routine that had really helped. Every morning I fill our pretty glass beverage dispenser with whatever fruit and herbs I have on hand, add fresh water and set it on the counter in a spot I frequently walk by.
It has really helped and lately I've been feeling the positive affects of the extra hydration. A few of my favorite combinations include: Pear/Basil (pictured), Strawberry/Thyme, Apple/Ginger, Blueberry/Basil.
