I eat chocolate almost every day. It makes me happy so I embrace the ritual. Usually it's in the form of a tiny square of dark chocolate. I love Videri Chocolate which is local to Raleigh and I'm completely addicted to Endangered Species Chocolate Bars, especially the Almond Sea Salt. Yum.
But lately I've been craving something a little more indulgent. Because I'm dairy free this isn't such an easy task. So when I found What's Cooking Good Lucking's recipe for these amazing vegan brownies I had to try it. Turns out they are amazing.(Also, go check out her entire site for some really great recipes)
